New Beginnings.....

Our little daughter's first day of Kindergarten was today!

The bus stop is just down the street.

After much anticipation, she was thrilled the big day had finally arrived. She was more than ready to start her academic career and happily hopped onto the bus this morning.

Her day was filled with fun and exciting new activities. She can't get enough. When she got home, around three this afternoon, she realized it wasn't dinner time yet. She then asked if she could go back to school. I said, "Sure you can, honey, tomorrow."

"But Mom, why am I home already, you said I was going to stay ALL DAY!"

At the end of the day, we were all overjoyed to have her home, especially this one...

It amazes me how time flies!! H looks so confident and excited going off on her big adventure, I love it! That is terrific that she rode the bus on the first day as well. I love how happy Z was to see her after the day apart. How did Mom and Dad do? I hope well. I am a sap and I cried and cried when we left Max. We will have to discuss our parallel lives soon. What a new experience! It was just yesterday we were sitting in the birthing class waiting for these bundles to arrive- where in the heck did all the time go? Hugs and kisses to all! We hope H has a great week.

Dejavu strikes again! I feel like I lived these scenes before. It is wonderful to see such a confident and happy young lady head off to the beginning of her school career. The photos and the comments echo my memories of threee other little girls heading off to K. I'm lucky to get to share these times with my lovely granddaughters.

I'm so happy to see the photos. It was wonderful to hear the excitement about her first day of school when we talked on the phone. H looks so "ready" and confident as she gets on the bus. I look forward to hearing more of her experiences and just know that she is off to a great start. I am so proud of her!
